EB CB House

Only one letter different.
This is the Burslie east of McIntosh.  It is very similar to the house link you just sent and Chris's plan.
When we started, Corey mind was set on the size and the loft. this house is 12OO sf, slab on grade in floor heat.

The Wolfe House

I wanted to show you the house.. this is the second house I designed for the Wolfe(s), very different from the first . These folks were blind sided by the cost of the first so I designed the second over a weekend. the first was high style, the second was more like central Minnesota where it was sited Very different rom the first house as you will see but it was shelter and it did comply with their budget. Although this house is far larger than what you are looking at, I like the concept.. the master suite is "beyond the great room separated from the rest of the house.  It is a slab on grade (heat in the slab).   The house was super long but I think very livable.

Reathel Giannonatti House

Fine.. I have one in mind in particular that is smaller but quite livable I designed it for Reathel Giannonatti rural Mentor.
It is simple.. a house, a link, and a garage. the link serves as a large foyer and of course provides access between house and garage, from it you step down into garage, up into house, and also has stair to a basement. the link is on the end of this house and "1/2" of the house on the link end
is the Great room. a laundry single bath and two main level bedrooms are in the other 1/2.
The basement is also divided in havizes. a home office and rec room are under the great room, and additional exercise and bedroom additional bathe equipment room in the remaining portion of the basement.
Reathel's house is on a lake that is behind the house. hence the layout is a direct response to the site.
I'm attaching a plan because it is a great jumping off point .. remember more baths, a link at the side instead of the end of the house, a garage with side not front vehicular access ( garage doors don't dominate the front of the house, bonus room over garage and 1 1/2 story with 1/2 loft and Cathedral ( hate that term rather use sloped) ceiling over great room...blah blah blah.
Take a look and I will be up soon.. I need to check to see of our farm house is still there.
